Every swimmer’s face is different — small variations in facial geometry can create significant challenges when designing swim goggles that fit securely and comfortably. Traditional manufacturing models rely on standardized sizing, which leads to compromise: either uncomfortable pressure points or goggle leaks. 

Our goal was to eliminate compromise by building a system that could deliver a fully customized product for every customer — without sacrificing scalability, speed, or affordability. 

AI-Powered Precision: From Scan to Product

It all starts with a 3D facial scan captured via a smartphone. From there, a suite of AI models takes over: 

  • Generative AI interprets the 3D scan, generating an extremely accurate representation of the swimmer’s facial topography. 

  • Machine learning algorithms analyze key biometric data points to determine optimal goggle positioning and gasket placement. 

  • Patented positioning software applies proprietary rulesets and continuously updated models to fine-tune fit parameters. 

Even minor deviations in positioning can affect performance — which is why our AI algorithms analyze each scan with less than millimeter-level precision to ensure optimal comfort and function.
