Wash Your Goggles
It’s a good idea to wash your goggles from time to time. This can remove any dirt or stains that accumulate, cleaning your swimming goggles is an important step in maintaining their clarity and ensuring they last as long as possible.
To clean your goggles properly: rinse your goggles in clean, warm water before and after each use. This will help remove any chlorine or salt water that may have accumulated on the lenses or straps.
Use a mild, non-abrasive soap or a specific goggle cleaner to clean the lenses. Avoid using any harsh chemicals or detergents as these can damage the lenses and cause them to fog up.Be careful not to get the soap onto the lenses or gaskets of your goggles. Soap can strip away the anti-fog coating on goggles.
Rinse the goggles thoroughly to remove any soap or cleaner residue. Shake off any excess water and leave the goggles to air dry, preferably in a well-ventilated area.
Take good care of your goggles and they’ll take even better care of you. Happy swimming!
