My first pair of goggles didn’t come close to fitting my face—so much so that I couldn’t even use them for a swim. I completed their “deep dive” form three separate times and never received a response or a link for a new scan, despite repeated follow-ups. Eventually, I requested a refund. Although their refund policy states that return shipping is covered, they are now requiring me to pay for shipping because I did not receive a second pair for them to attempt to fix the issue. I was unable to get a second pair because I could not reach anyone to provide the necessary instructions. Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience.
Got a second pair because first pair broke. Second pair broke after a few months. No response from customer service after multiple weeks. Too bad the googles and service is so bad because the googles are comfy.

On my second pair because my first ones broke. Now my second pair broke. Wrote the company and have heard nothing! Goggle are comfortable but too unreliable. Would not buy again
