Stretches for Swimmers Shoulder

Louis, I would agree with the other comments. If it is still painful, I would get another opinion.
David: I am glad the exercises helped!!
Karri: I will try add pictures next time, if you can follow the hyperlinks under each exercise it should give you a video.
I love your e-mails. Next time can we get a picture of the exercise? It makes it so much easier to follow.
almost instant benefit, left me with a very nice feeling deep between my shoulder blades… had an injury to my shoulder that stopped me swimming for up to 4 hours a day and that hadn’t responded to any treatment tried… mostly stretching and light work, and recently i began some gymnastic pre-hab exercises that seemed to strengthen and ease it… some of the exercises were the same but without bands… the bands are the way to go i think to strengthen the shoulder in all its other motions apart from the painful ones… this should hopefully then give the injured part some respite and time to heal itself maybe… thanks for the insight and the exercises…
Louis, frozen shoulder that doesn’t heal in 2 years should be examined again by orthopedic surgeon and perhaps requires an operation. Source: I’m MD
my sister and I have both been taking triple BORON ( from iherb) and both our shoulder pain has gone. boron is a forgotten natural remedy for arthritis joints muscles. forget the anti inflammatory pharmaceuticals.
also 20000 its of Vit D3 and Vit K2 is one of the best anti imfalmmaory remedies today
I fell on my right shoulder over two years ago. An orthopedic doctor said that it was “frozen shoulder” but is still very painful and I can’t swim with any strokes I know. Any ideas?
