Build resistance into your swim training with THEMAGIC5 Hand Paddles. These full-hand paddles help you feel the catch and pull of each stroke, giving you feedback as you work on strength and technique.

The Medium size has adjustable straps to help keep the paddles secure during training. Use them during appropriate swim sets to focus on your stroke mechanics and upper-body work.

Looking for another size? These hand paddles are also available in Large.

Adjust the straps for a secure fit, then use the hand paddles as part of your swim training. The paddles add resistance and help you feel your catch and pull as you work on stroke technique.
